About the shop

I'm Chuck Yelich.

I've been a paramedic for more than 30 years. Somewhere along the way, that same drive pulled me into IT. DK PC Consultants is where the two meet: built for first responders, by a first responder.

Here's what I've seen. First responders have the same computer and network headaches as everybody else. But most repair shops don't get what your life looks like: rotating shifts, second jobs, and not much free time. I've lived it.

So I take care of the tech at your house for EMS, fire, and police: home Wi-Fi and networking, laptop and PC repair, and custom gaming PC builds. I plan around your schedule. Inquire for rates.

PulseAI EMS is a separate product: the public EMS AI intel feed. This page is about the shop.
